In partnership with B.P. Cinema Films, MaineDrama Productions produced a short independent film entitledUnheard. In a world that sensationalizes sexual abuse, Unheard explores the journey to healing. What happens when the victims’ try to cope and live after the assault has occurred? Unheard challenges the stereotypes, our complacency, and charges us to do more.
Lucas, an independent filmmaker, digs deep into the lives of friends and community members trying to answer questions that burn in his mind. He desperately tries to be the voice for those in which he comes in contact. On his journey, he makes numerous discoveries, not only about his friends, but himself. Check out the trailers HERE!
